What is your cancellation policy?
Please send us an email if you would like to make a cancellation request. We will re-list the unit online, and once it is rebooked, we will proceed with a cancellation and refund in the amount of 70-75% of the total price.
Do you have Travel Insurance options?
Yes, absolutely. Please see below our two travel insurance options:

- Rate is 7% of the total reservation price.
- Over 30 trip cancellation reasons.
- Protects up to 100% of traveler's expenses for all covered trip cancellation or interruption reasons.

- Retail rate is 10.8% (7% Standard Plan & 3.8% CFAR Option) of the total reservation price.

Where do I check in and check out?
When arriving at The Harbor Light, you can go directly to your room! We will send you a door code within a few days of your arrival.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Our typical check-in time is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am.
What should we do before departing?
We kindly ask that you please wash & put away your dishes, and remove all trash or recyclables from inside the unit. We also ask that you leave the thermostat at 73 degrees before departing the property.
Are pets permitted?
Please note that our rooms are not pet friendly.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
All of our units are smoke-free, as we strive to maintain the best possible condition of each unit and the property.
